Option 1: Disconnect within the platform

Log in to the platform and disconnect your Facebook or Instagram account from the relevant brand. Once disconnected, stored access tokens and connected account identifiers are deleted.

Option 2: Request full deletion

If you would like us to remove all data associated with your account, please contact us via the website and include:

• The email address used to sign in
• The brand name(s) you want removed (if applicable)
